“Shall the Town vote to authorize the Select Board, in the name of and on behalf of the Town of Madison, to borrow an amount not to exceed $595,000, the proceeds of such borrowing to be used to finance the purchase of 2 Old Point Avenue Madison, ME 04950 from a lender selected by the Town Treasurer and the Select Board under such terms and conditions, including improvisations for early redemption or prepayment, as may be approved by the Treasurer, and further authorizing the Treasurer and a majority of the Select Board members separately to take any and all other actions and to sign such documents and certificates as may be necessary or convenient to accomplish such financing?
