Solid Waste:
Madison contracts with Waste Management of Norridgewock for disposal of our solid waste. The landfill is open to the public Wednesday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday 7:30 - 4:00 p.m.
To obtain your permit:
If you're a Madison resident, you may obtain a landfill permit (sticker) by bringing your current vehicle registration into the Town Office.
If you're a property owner but not a resident, a temporary permit is issued. Again, bring your current vehicle registration into the Town Office.
