Dog Licensing & Animal Complaints
Dog Licenses expire December 31st of every year. A late fee of $25 goes into effect February 1st of every year. To license your dog you will need to bring in proof of current rabies certificate and neuturing or spayed certificate if applicable. Fees for licensing a dog is $11.00 unaltered dog and $6.00 for an altered dog.
Complaints of Domestic Animals in Madison can be made to the Animal Control Officer through the Police Dept at 696-5373.
